Technical surveyors

We are recruiting for technical surveyors to join our team and support our growing customer base in London and East Anglia.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the role primarily involves carrying out site inspections on residential and commercial developments to ensure work adheres to technical standards, Building Regulations and associated legislation, and delivering reports.

It also involves carrying out developer assessments on completion and working closely with the HomeProof sales representative in your area to help develop our work in your region.

We are looking for people who are qualified to HNC/HND or (S)NVQ Level 4 in a construction related discipline, who have or are working towards RICS, CABE or CIOB status, and who have a knowledge of Building Regulations and other relevant construction standards.

Regional account manager

We’re also looking for a regional account manager who can help us maximise business growth in the North East and Scotland, and make sure services are delivered in line with our business plans and customer needs.

Working alongside our National Sales Manager, Richard Payne, you’ll be responsible for targeting, developing and managing a client base to achieve sales targets. If you have substantial sales and account development experience, preferably within a construction environment, you’re comfortable with third party contract sales leads and market analysis systems such as Glenigan or Barbour ABI, or you have experience of working with housing developers or house building contractors, we’d love to hear from you. And if you have finance or insurance qualifications or experience, even better.
