Our building warranties are available to people who are building their own home to use as their main place of residence for at least 12 months.
The warranties are widely recognised by UK Mortgage Lenders, as listed in the UK Finance/Council of Mortgage Lenders handbook, and available for projects that are already underway or completed. Cover includes new builds and conversions, with 10-year cover as standard from the insurance start date.
