Available for conversions, extensions and refurbishments, our residential warranties cover both current and completed projects.
Structural warranty cover overview:
- 10-year cover
- Two-year developer/builder guarantee period
- Eight-year insurance period
- Developer insolvency cover of 10% of the original purchase price or £100,000, whichever is the lesser.
Cover includes:
- Contamination of land
- Alternative accommodation
- Additional costs/fees
- Removal of debris
To take out this cover you will need to be registered with HomeProof Ltd. Registration is free. Protection starts from practical completion, and cover is available for projects that are already underway or completed.
